Are you an experienced Workday Integration Specialist ready to own end-to-end delivery and partner directly with global clients? We are seeking a high-performing Workday Integration Lead to drive client engagements across PAN India.
📌 Role Overview
- Position: Workday Integration Lead
- Overall Experience: 7 to 10 Years
- Relevant Workday Experience: 4+ Years (Mandatory)
- Location: PAN India
- Notice Period: 30 Days (Maximum)
🔑 Key Responsibilities & Capabilities
- Payroll Integration Focus: In-depth technical experience with PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Interface Change Order Format).
- End-to-End Delivery: Proven capability to lead integration projects independently, design architectures, and drive execution from discovery to deployment.
- Client Engagement: Confident leadership skills to independently run projects, manage client expectations, and lead technical workshops directly with stakeholders.
- HCM Domain Expertise: Strong foundational and functional knowledge of Workday HCM.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Certifications (Integration / HCM Core) are a strong advantage.
