Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Workday Human Capital Management Consultant, based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and managing Workday HCM systems, providing expert advisory on HR processes, and troubleshooting issues. The role involves working closely with clients to assess their HR needs, ensuring system enhancements align with business objectives, and delivering technical solutions that optimize workforce management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Workday HCM configuration and implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting and optimizing HR systems
- Familiarity with key HR domains such as payroll, recruitment, benefits, and performance management
- Effective communication and client relationship management skills
- Experience in project management and the ability to deliver on time within set budgets
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields
- Workday certification is highly advantageous
- Prior consulting experience in HR technology or enterprise software solutions is a plus
