Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and production support across multiple Workday modules.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM systems and collaborating directly with business stakeholders and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Workday HCM modules.
- Manage and support Workday integrations and reporting.
- Work across Workday modules including:
- HCM
- Advanced Compensation
- Benefits
- Talent Management
- Absence Management
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and integrations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support resolution of functional and technical problems.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and end users to resolve system queries.
- Ensure smooth operation of Workday HCM processes and reporting requirements.
Required Experience
- 7–10 years of overall experience in HR technology or enterprise systems.
- 6–8 years of relevant Workday experience.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Workday HCM modules
- Workday integrations
- Workday reporting
- Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting Workday issues.
