Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you are instrumental in implementing Workday Human Capital solutions. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining exemplary standards, using your experience in Workday implementations to improve HR processes and deliver exceptional client service.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management with at least 4 Workday implementations
- A Workday Core HCM certification and at least one additional module such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, or Time
- Oral and written proficiency in English
