Role Description This full-time Workday HCM Functional role with active certification is a hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The role involves configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional designs. The professional will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to optimize processes, manage integrations, perform functional testing, and resolve system issues. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting, preparing documentation, assisting in deployments, and providing end-user training and support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess requirements, and recommend effective Workday HCM solutions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document configurations, and support user training.
- Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to map HR operations, design workflows, and align Workday functionality with organizational policies.
- Candidates should possess Functional Testing expertise to validate configurations, ensure data accuracy, and support regression and UAT activities.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills to work with technical teams on interfaces, data flows, and system connectivity between Workday and other applications.
- Active Workday HCM certification is required, with hands-on experience in at least one core HCM module (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Time, or Compensation).
- Experience in HR systems implementation or support, preferably within consulting or enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Active Certificate is mandatory.
