About the Role
We are looking for a Workday HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders, managing configurations, and supporting end-to-end HR processes.
Must Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Workday HCM Functional
- Strong expertise in Core HCM
- Experience in at least 2–3 Workday modules:
- Absence
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Talent & Performance
- Time Tracking
- Experience in Business Process Framework (BPF)
- Experience in Security & User Roles configuration
- Hands-on experience in Reports (Advanced / Matrix / Custom Reports)
- Experience in UAT Support & Production Support
- Strong experience in Requirement Gathering & Functional Documentation
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Workday Integrations (EIB / Core Connectors)
- Experience in Workday Releases & Enhancements
- Exposure to Agile methodology
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders
- Configure business processes, security roles, and workflows
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Provide UAT support and resolve production issues
- Work on change requests, enhancements, and releases
- Collaborate with integration teams for data flow and system integrations
- Maintain documentation and ensure system optimization
Eligibility Criteria (Important)
🚫 Do NOT apply if:
- You do not have hands-on Workday HCM experience
- You lack Core HCM and module configuration experience
- You have no experience in BPF / Reporting / Security
