Experience on Workday HCM Modules like Core HCM, Benefits, Time tracking, US Payroll, Compensation, Recruits, Leave & Absence etc., Work experience handling varied Supply chain stakeholders including HR, Payroll, Comp etc., Work experience handling O&M work like Access Requests, Incidents, Requests, enhancements, projects Work experience contributing to workday Bi-Annual upgrades Knowledge on HR Processes Good understanding on Workday Integrations, ability to run and troubleshoot EIBs etc., Experience on any Workday HCM Modules.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday HCM Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a variety of Workday HCM modules and a proven track record of supporting a diverse stakeholder group. This role is critical for the day-to-day operations (Operations & Maintenance) of our Workday tenant, including handling access requests, incident resolution, and bi-annual release upgrades. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between HR processes and technical configurations, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Module Expertise
- Serve as a subject matter expert in core Workday HCM modules (US Payroll/Benefits/Absence & Time Tracking.)
- Configure and maintain business processes, security policies, and tenant setup to align with organizational needs.
- Provide tier 2/3 support for US Payroll, Benefits, Absence regarding system functionality and data management.
Stakeholder Management & Support
- Act as the primary liaison for Supply Chain stakeholders, as well as US Payroll, Benefits Absence and Time Tracking business partners, translating their operational needs into technical solutions within Workday.
- Manage the intake and execution of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) tasks, including user access requests, security role assignments, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents reported via the ticketing system, ensuring minimal disruption to HR and business operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules.
- Module Expertise: Proven experience in one or more of the following: US Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management & Time Tracking.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Workday Integrations and demonstrated experience running and troubleshooting EIBs.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders (Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, Compensation) and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Preferred Skills
- Workday certification in a relevant module.
- Experience with reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
