Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced consultant with strong expertise in Workday configurations, integrations, and end-to-end implementations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in designing scalable HR solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Workday workflows and business processes
- Design scalable solutions across HCM, Payroll, and Talent modules
- Lead/support Workday implementations, enhancements, and releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions
- Build advanced reports and dashboards
- Ensure best practices in security, configuration, and integrations
- Estimate effort for configurations and enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data models
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio & EIB
- Proven experience in Workday HCM implementations
- Experience as a Workday Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant
- Workday HCM Certification (preferred)
