Job Title: Workday HCM Consultant (12–15 Years Experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with 12–15 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Workday HCM modules. The ideal candidate should be Workday HCM certified and capable of handling end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, enhancements, and support projects
- Configure and maintain core Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Compensation, etc.)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business needs
- Handle data migration, integration, and reporting within Workday
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure system compliance, data accuracy, and process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance)
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM
- Expertise in modules like:
- Core HCM
- Absence Management
- Compensation
- Talent & Performance (good to have)
- Experience in Workday configuration & business process framework (BPF)
- Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications:
- 12–15 years of overall experience in HR systems / HRIS
- Workday HCM Certification (Mandatory / Preferred)
- Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end Workday implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (HR, IT, etc.)
