Workday HCM Business Analyst
Role Overview
The Workday HCM Business Analyst will act as the bridge between HR stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Workday solutions effectively support HR processes, data, and compliance requirements. The role demands strong expertise in Core HR and hands-on Workday HCM experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis: Gather, document, and translate HR requirements into functional Workday solutions.
- Workday HCM Support: Provide configuration support across Core HR, Performance, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR leaders to align system capabilities with people strategy.
- Testing & Validation: Drive UAT, regression testing, and release readiness.
- Data & Reporting: Support reporting, dashboards, and security setup.
- Change Management: Enable adoption through training, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure HR data privacy and governance standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years as an HCM Business Analyst with Workday Core HR expertise.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Hands-on configuration in Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Benefits).
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in global HR organizations and multi-country rollouts.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting, dashboards, and security setup.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
