As a Workday HCM Associate, you will engage with clients directly, providing valuable insights and solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be part of a dynamic team, focusing on Workday Human Capital Management, where your contributions will help shape client strategies and optimize their business processes. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills in business application consulting, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will participate in project tasks, engage in research, and support senior staff, all while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the overall strategy and success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagement and project tasks related to Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Assisting in the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM solutions for clients
- Participating in business process improvement initiatives to enhance client operations
- Engaging in workforce analytics to provide insights for strategic human resource planning
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute employee engagement strategies
- Contributing to change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions in client organizations
- Assisting in the administration of benefits and human resources policies
- Utilizing project management skills to support the delivery of human resources transformation projects
- Analyzing data to inform recommendations for organizational development and talent management
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to improve client support and service delivery
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations for each missing year of college is required
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Developing skills in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting

- Utilizing Business Process Improvement techniques
