These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce. Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Job Title: Workday Data Quality Management (DQM) Manager
Operation Hours: 24/5 Operation – Rotational Shift
Role Overview
As a Workday Data Quality Management (DQM) Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall data quality strategy, including managing EIB mass uploads, leading a high-performing team, and implementing continuous process improvements within the Workday platform across a 24/5 operational environment. You will work collaboratively with consulting teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts to ensure exceptional data integrity, accurate reporting, and seamless integration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) with key systems. Additionally, you will champion transformational initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate data quality management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality Strategy
- Develop and implement the overall Workday data quality management strategy and framework, aligned with business objectives and delivery standards.
- Define and enforce data governance policies and standards specific to Workday HCM modules.
- Collaborate with data owners and business leads to identify critical data elements and establish data quality KPIs and SLAs.
- Lead regular data quality assessments, audits, and root cause analysis to identify data issues and recommend corrective actions.
Data Validation, Process & Tool Optimization
- Recommend, implement, and optimize tools and automation to enhance HRMS data quality management.
- Collaborate with Workday technical teams and functional consultants to enhance system configurations and processes that improve HRMS data input accuracy and traceability.
- Design and oversee data validation processes for EIB to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate extensive data cleansing initiatives to meet quality expectations.
Project, Team & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key liaison between consulting teams, business units, and technical teams to manage expectations and resolve data-related challenges.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communications on data quality best practices, tools, and governance to promote data literacy.
- Provide status reports and detailed dashboards to leadership and stakeholders on data quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Manage performance of associates and senior associates focused on supporting Workday data quality activities globally.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure Workday data quality aligns with regulatory, internal audit, and corporate compliance requirements relevant to global operations.
- Identify potential data risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on business operations and project timelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in HRMS data quality management, ideally within Workday implementations or large HR technology projects.
- Deep knowledge of Workday HRMS modules and strong experience with Workday data tools like EIB.
- Proven ability to define and implement data governance frameworks in multinational environments.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across HR, IT, and business teams globally.
- Leadership experience managing teams in complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business IT, Data Management, or related field; Workday certification and/or data governance certification preferred.
