Role & Responsibilities
Implement and configure Workday Recruiting/Recruitment OR Compensation /Advance Compensationmodules according to client requirements
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to collect and analyze business needs and translate them into Workday solutions
- Develop and test Workday integrations utilizing best practices for data exchange
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday applications, ensuring optimal performance
- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for end-users
- Assist in project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Strong experience in Workday Recruiting/ Advanced Compensation as a Functional Consultant
- Good experience in handling projects and customer escalations
- Strong implementation project experience
- Preference will be given to candidates certified in Workday Recruiting
- If sharing candidates certified in Core HCM, they should have 4–5 implementation projects in Recruiting/ Advanced Compensation implementation
- Candidate should have Implementor Access along with certification
