Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HR, Finance, and Student Records modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support, particularly within Higher Education environments. The candidate should be able to gather business requirements, configure Workday solutions, and support system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain Workday HR, Finance, and Student Records modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday functional solutions.
- Support Workday implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand HR, Finance, and Student lifecycle processes.
- Configure business processes, security roles, and reporting within Workday.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Workday issues.
- Participate in data migration, integrations, and system testing.
- Support UAT testing, documentation, and user training.
- Ensure Workday configurations align with business needs and compliance requirements.
Required Skills- Strong experience in Workday Functional modules:
- Human Resources (HCM)
- Finance
- Student Records / Higher Education
- Experience in Workday configuration and business process framework.
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and security configuration.
- Understanding of Workday integrations and data management.
- Strong functional analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Workday implementation or support projects.
Preferred Qualifications- Workday certification in HCM / Finance / Student is preferred.
- Experience in Higher Education institutions is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
Experience Requirement- 5+ to 18+ years of overall experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience in HR, Finance, or Student modules.
