Role: Workday Functional Consultant – Compensation & Benefits
Location: Onsite ( Bengaluru, India)

Overview:
We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits. The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting configuration, testing, implementation, and enhancements across Workday modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing of Workday Benefits configurations including:
- Enrollment cycles
- Life event changes
- Open enrollment processes
- Support testing of compensation processes:
- Merit increases
- Bonus cycles
- Reward and incentive programs
- Collaborate with HR leadership to:
- Validate compensation structures
- Support benefits program rollout
- Provide functional expertise for:
- Implementation
- Enhancements
- Ongoing support of Workday modules
- Ensure system configurations align with business requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HRIS / HCM systems
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Workday Compensation
- Advanced Compensation
- Workday Benefits
- Solid understanding of:
- Benefits lifecycle
- Compensation frameworks
- Workday configuration & testing
