Responsibilities / Skills
- Strong experience in supporting min 2-3 core modules stack ranked:
- Total Rewards (Adv. Comp, Comp), Talent, Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Total Rewards (Benefits).
- Strong experience in configuring Workday Security and reporting.
- Strong experience in configurations of the above modules
- Experience in configuring Adv. Comp for promotions and merit increases.
- Experience in optimizing BPs and solutions to automate manual tasks is a big plus
- Translate business gaps and manual touchpoints into scalable solutions
- Documentation of processes, workflows to the maintain knowledge base.

- Experience configuring ATS tools like Greenhouse is a big plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and colleagues in different time zones.

- 5+ years of workday experience
- Requirement gathering, user story drafting, Grooming
- BP design,
- Workday configuration and solutioning
- Workday advance compensation module,, Performance management, Talent Reporting
- Core HCM
- Good to have
