Responsibilities / Skills

• Strong experience in supporting min 2-3 core modules stack ranked:
• Total Rewards (Adv. Comp, Comp), Talent, Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Total Rewards (Benefits).
• Strong experience in configuring Workday Security and reporting.
• Strong experience in configurations of the above modules
• Experience in configuring Adv. Comp for promotions and merit increases.
• Experience in optimizing BPs and solutions to automate manual tasks is a big plus
• Translate business gaps and manual touchpoints into scalable solutions
• Documentation of processes, workflows to the maintain knowledge base.

• Experience configuring ATS tools like Greenhouse is a big plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and colleagues in different time zones.
