Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workday Functional Analyst specializing in Finance & Procurement, located in Hyderabad. The Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing functional requirements, documenting business processes, and providing support for finance and procurement solutions within the Workday platform. The analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of business processes, conduct functional testing, and resolve system issues.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Functional Analysis and understanding of Functional Requirements
- Solid background in Business Analysis, including the ability to assess needs and provide solutions
- Analytical Skills to address complex challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience in Business Process mapping and enhancement
- Proficiency in Workday Financials and Procurement modules is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Business, or Information Systems
- Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
