🚀 Hiring: Workday Technical Consultant (Active Certification Required)
📍 Locations: Hyderabad | Bangalore | Gurgaon | Mumbai
📌 Experience: 3–5 Years
We are looking for a Workday Technical Consultant with an Active Workday Certification to support technical integrations and financial ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, configure, test, and support Workday Financial Management systems
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
• Participate in end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering to post go-live support)
• Support onsite teams in configuring and testing Workday business processes
• Develop custom reports and support integration design and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Workday deployments
Required Experience
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Workday consulting or implementation
• Active Workday Certification (Mandatory)
• Experience with Workday Financial ERP systems
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes
• At least 1 full lifecycle Workday ERP implementation
Business Process Experience
• Procure-to-Pay
• Order-to-Cash
• General Ledger
• Fixed Asset Management
• Budgeting
• Grants & Awards
Skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of Cloud SaaS/PaaS environments
Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
🎓 Master’s Degree in Finance or related field (Preferred)
