Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Workday Finance Consultant. The professional will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Workday Financial systems, managing financial planning and analysis tools, conducting continuous financial process enhancements, and delivering expert financial guidance to support decision-making. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and address unique business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Accounting, with a solid understanding of financial principles and standards.
- Proficient Analytical Skills and Financial Planning abilities to interpret data and support strategic decisions.
- Experience in Consulting roles, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Familiarity with Workday Financials or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems would be a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
