Job Description-
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting with a mix of:
- 2-3 years of experience with Workday implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- 2-3 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven technical expertise in Workday:
- Modules such as Financials, Adaptive Planning, Accounting Center, and Prism Analytics.
- Integrations using various methods and tools.
- Security framework and its application to various business processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with other financial systems and tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Workday certifications.
- Experience in a large-scale enterprise transformation program.
- Experience with AI in the Finance department.
- Experience in the Software Industry.
