Job Description
Note: This position is open only for immediate joiners
We are seeking a Workday Extend Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in Workday modules and a good understanding of the Workday Extend (Workday Cloud Platform).
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into functional designs for Workday Extend applications
- Collaborate with technical teams to build custom Extend apps
- Define business processes, workflows, and validations
- Configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.)
- Participate in solution design, UAT, and production support
- Ensure compliance with Workday security and business process frameworks (BPF)
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and documentation
