As a Workday DC - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of helping organizations leverage Workday's data and analytics capabilities to drive business transformation. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage complex client engagements, develop deliverables, and build meaningful client relationships. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning.

Responsibilities
- Conducting complex data analysis to support Workday HCM implementations and enhancements
- Utilizing Workday Advanced Reporting and Analytics to deliver actionable insights for clients
- Integrating data from multiple sources to create comprehensive data models and visualizations
- Leading data-driven consulting initiatives to optimize workforce technology solutions
- Confirming data quality and security within Workday environments
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions
- Developing and maintaining data preprocessing and data mining processes
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges using Workday tools
- Supporting client engagements by providing data collection and integration expertise
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in data analysis and reporting methodologies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in data and analytics solutions, including Workday Prism Analytics, Reporting, Adaptive Planning, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting and Analytics
- Utilizing complex data analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Excelling in data-driven consulting for client support
- Integrating data security measures within Workday HCM solutions
