Your Opportunity
Join BeGig as a Workday Consultant and help organizations optimize their HR and finance operations. Lead or support Workday implementations, integrations, and ongoing enhancements for clients ranging from startups to large enterprises.
Role Overview
As a Workday Consultant, you will:
- Analyze business requirements and design Workday solutions for HR, finance, or payroll.
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday modules, integrations, and reports.
- Train users and provide ongoing support post go-live.
- Advise clients on Workday best practices and change management.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and finance teams to align system capabilities with business goals.
Technical Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in Workday consulting, implementation, or support.
- Modules: Proficiency with at least one Workday module (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc.).
- Integration: Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, or custom API integrations.
- Project Management: Understanding of software implementation life cycle.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder engagement and training skills.
