GenXAI is looking for a skilled Workday Consultant (Finance & Adaptive Insights) with 2+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Financial Management and Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights). The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of finance processes along with hands-on experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday Financial Management modules based on business requirements.
- Implement and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) models, sheets, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Design and develop budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial reporting solutions.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, or Workday Studio (preferred).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in Workday releases by evaluating new features, performing testing, and implementing enhancements.
- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and user training materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and security concepts.
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors; Studio is a plus).
- Good understanding of accounting and finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- MCA, M.Sc. (IT), MBA, CA or equivalent qualification.
