Job Title: Workday Technical Integration Consultant

Job Description
Must Have Skills:
- Workday Integration
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, etc.)
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- XSLT / XML
- Workday HCM / Finance Integrations
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Workday Technical / Integration development
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Studio and EIB
- Experience in building and supporting Workday integrations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, CCW)
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Experience with Workday HCM / Payroll / Finance modules
- Knowledge of middleware tools and APIs
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of integrations
- Basic knowledge of security and data governance in Workday
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations
- Work on Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather integration requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems
- Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications
