- Cloud Expertise – AWS
- Data integration & management / ETL Experience - Database management platforms like Salesforce
- Integration Support – Mulesoft
- Customer collaboration & ITSM Tools - Service Now, Workiva, Teams, Jira
- Expertise in Using Industry Tools - Freshworks, Tableau, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Teams, etc
