We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant specialising in Learning and Talent Management to join the international team. In this role, you will serve as the primary product owner for Workday Learning, while also supporting our Talent modules to drive business operations across 40 countries. This is a high-impact position requiring strong technical expertise, consultancy skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and operations of Workday Learning and Enterprise Learning.
- Support the maintenance and optimisation of Talent Management modules (Performance Management, Skill Management, Goal Setting).
- Provide global support with rapid error analysis and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across 40 countries to ensure system alignment with diverse business needs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for Workday implementations.
- Act as a trusted consultant, guiding HR teams in translating functional requirements into practical configuration designs.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of hands-on Workday experience, with at least 3 years focused on Learning and Talent modules.
- Experience with HR business processes related to learning, talent management, and performance review.
- Proven consultancy skills: ability to explain system capabilities and limitations to non- technical stakeholders, identify creative solutions, and build consensus.
- Independent, conscientious, and solution-oriented working style.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in international teams under strong product governance.
- Exposure to multi-country Workday implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business process understanding.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects and scalable Workday enhancements.
Strong Expertise In
- Workday Learning configuration and troubleshooting.
- Workday Talent & amp; Performance configuration and troubleshooting.
- Business Process configuration and troubleshooting in Workday.
- Workday reporting capabilities (EIB uploads, calculated fields, advanced reporting).
- Workday Security administration and best practices, especially for Learning and Talent.
