- Workday Planning
Technical & Integration:
- Workday Studio
- Core Integrations, Cloud Connect
- Data Mapping & Conversions
- Workday Extend
- Adaptive Integrations
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prism Analytics
- Advanced Reporting
- BIRT / Report Designer
Security & Others:
- HCM Security
- Project Management (PM)
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Work on implementation, support, or enhancement projects across Workday modules
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
- Configure, design, and test Workday solutions
- Develop integrations, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
✅ Required Skills
- 3 to 15 years of overall experience with relevant Workday module expertise
- Hands-on experience in at least one or more Workday modules
- Experience in implementation / support / upgrade projects
- Strong understanding of business processes (HR / Finance / Payroll)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Workday Certification is Mandatory
