We are hiring Workday-certified consultants for a large government project. Roles available for both full-time (FTE) and part-time advisory. We are looking for experienced practitioners who bring hands-on expertise across Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc). Soho is an official Workday partner for this engagement.

About the Engagement

• 10+ Workday-certified consultants needed

• Mix of FTE + part-time advisory openings

• Project is backed by a government client with multi-year scope

• Certifications must be current and verifiable

• Advisory roles focus on strategic guidance and documentation vs. daily execution

Scope of Work Options (Depending on Role)

• Advise on Workday implementation standards and best practices

• Review documentation and capability alignment

• Support module configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer

• Participate in workshops, reviews, and collaboration sessions

• Optional: full delivery support for FTE candidates

Requirements

• Active Workday certification(s) (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc)

• Prior consulting or implementation experience

• Able to work FTE or part-time based on role fit

• Willing to provide certification proof for verification

Certification Verification (Mandatory)

• Workday certifications will be verified via Workday Tenant Lookup

• Applicants must provide:

1. Module(s) certified + year(s)
2. Tenant Lookup confirmation details
3. Proof during screening if requested
