Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM implementation and support.
- Business Process Framework (BPF)
- Workday Security & Access Management
- Data loads using EIB
- Experience in Workday integrations (Studio, APIs, Core Connectors).
- Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools.
- Understanding of HR processes and lifecycle management.
- Experience handling tenant configurations and releases.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
