Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
- Workday development experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Configurations
- This individual has the qualities to be part of a team of Configuration Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to make configuration changes to the existing Workday system.
- · Configuration support for at least 3+ clients handled on AMS support / enhancements model for HCM Core
- · Workday Time + Absence + Reporting
- · Hands on experience in Advance Reports and Security
- · Experience in Business Process setup
- · General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
- · Good understanding of Workday Security
- · Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
- · Ability to gather & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Workday features
- · Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
