Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workday Associate, based in Jaipur. The Workday Associate will assist in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday solutions across HCM and related modules. They will act as a subject matter expert to help clients implement and improve HR processes, policies, and employee benefit programs while maintaining system integrity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver effective HR and Workday solutions will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Knowledge of HRIS and Employee Lifecycle processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Workday configuration and optimization is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA, Human Resources
