Role Overview:
We are seeking a Workday Analyst with 5 years of experience specializing in Workday integrations. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions across Workday HCM and Finance modules. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Support PECI integrations for payroll and benefits vendors.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of integrations.
- Ensure compliance with Workday security frameworks and governance standards.
