Workday Adaptive Planningwilliams leafull-timeRequired skillsaccountingAbout the role williams lea Website: williamslea.com Job details: Responsibilities:Serve as primary point of contact for Workday Adaptive Planning who will create and revise configurations and customizations to meet evolving business and operational needs, including analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective & efficient application configurations.Manage data integrations into Adaptive Insights from Workday and other source systems including troubleshooting intermittent data and or break/fix issuesWork closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and provide technical guidance to users to ensure optimization of the systemCreate robust analytical frameworks to analyze the performance at Williams Lea within Workday Adaptive Planning for the purposes of facilitating the Company's annual budgeting exercise and recurring forecastsThrough design sessions, analyze business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient applications within Workday Adaptive Planning. This will require developing robust analytical frameworks and often translation from spreadsheet-based models.Support users Office Connect use cases and create templates within Adaptive to standardize reporting.Perform additional tasks related to the administration of Workday Adaptive Planning as needed. Qualifications:2+ years experience with Workday Adaptive Planning administration & a minimum of 1 year experience supporting finance team in a growth company.Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or relevant field.Workday Adaptive Planning expert with at last a full life cycle implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning.Excellent data analysis skills, using key tools within Excel and WorkdayExperience integrating and connecting financial reporting and analysis programs to finance systemsExperience maintaining connections between financial reporting and planning systems and finance systems, and ensuring data integrity Click on Apply to know more.
