Required Skills & Experience
* Experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning in a financial planning or analytics role
* Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting concepts
* Experience supporting system integrations between planning and reporting or financial systems
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to work with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions
* Comfortable working with financial data, models, and reports
* Good documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a corporate finance, FP&A, or enterprise systems environment
* Exposure to Workday Financial Management or other ERP systems
* Experience supporting forecasting cycles in a global or multi entity organisation
* Understanding of financial reporting and management reporting structures
