Workato Software Engineering Internship 2025

Role Overview As an Intern in the AI Solutions Services team, you'll assist in developing and maintaining automation and integration workflows using Workato's low-code/no-code Agentic AI platform. You'll get hands-on exposure to modern SaaS platforms and integration tools while supporting real-time business process enhancements. Key Responsibilities Build and test integrations using Workato's low-code/no-code tools Document integration workflows and best practices Work with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues Keep up to date with the latest Workato features and automation trends Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and cloud-based SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) Familiarity with REST, JSON, and data mapping concepts Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills & Tools Exposure to integration tools like Workato, Zapier, or other iPaaS platforms Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python) Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation Experience with agentic AI solutions or RAG systems is a plus Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) desirable Technical Skills JavaScript, Python, Data Mapping, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, REST, JSON, Workato, Zapier, APIs, Webhooks, Integration Platforms, LLMs, RAG Systems, Automation, System Integration
