We are seeking an experienced Workato Integration Developer to support the migration of enterprise integrations from TIBCO BW 5.x to Workato. The role will primarily focus on understanding existing TIBCO BusinessWorks logic and designing and developing scalable Workato recipes for complex integration use cases

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the Workato Integration Developer for the migration initiative
* Analyze existing TIBCO BW 5.x integrations and translate business logic into Workato recipes
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Workato integrations
* Utilize Workato accelerators such as AOF, CI/CD, OPA, AQS to streamline automation lifecycle
* Implement data transformation, mapping, and synchronization across systems
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery
* Provide regular status updates and communicate progress, risks, and issues
* Document integration workflows, data mappings, and technical specifications
* Support testing, deployment, and post-migration optimization
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration and automation
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Workato platform
* Strong expertise in building Workato recipes, custom connectors, OPAs, and API collections
* Solid understanding of data transformation, ETL processes, and integration patterns
* Experience with REST APIs including design, development, and consumption
* Familiarity with message queuing systems such as Workato Event Streams, TIBCO EMS, Kafka
* Knowledge of authentication protocols including OAuth
* Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments
* Proficiency in SQL and database systems
* Experience in Agile environments including sprints, user stories, and tasks
* Strong documentation and communication skills
* Workato Certifications: Automation Pro I and Pro II are mandatory, Pro III is preferred
