Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Work Visa Counselor role located in North Delhi. The Work Visa Counselor will assist clients with their work visa applications by providing guidance on eligibility, documentation, and procedures. Responsibilities include assessing client profiles, counseling clients on visa options, offering support throughout the application process, and maintaining knowledge of immigration rules and policies. The role requires ensuring that all required documents are submitted accurately and on time to achieve a successful outcome.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing paperwork and documentation with accuracy
- In-depth understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client needs effectively
- Customer service experience and a client-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in visa consultancy or immigration services is a plus
