About the role

  1. Coaches janitorial staff per WSC guidelines.. 

  2. Uses cleaning chemicals.

  3. Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms. 

  4. Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors.

  5. Empties trash replacing bags as requested.

  6. Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways, and patios as requested.

  7. Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.

  8. Removes recycling materials.

  9. Cleans windows. 

  10. Dusts and vacuums furniture. 

  11. Display flag as requested.

  12. Sets up tables and chairs as requested.

  13. Replenish supplies as requested in appropriate areas. 

  14. Tracks and requests supplies.

  15. Wash and dry rags and mop heads.

  16. Drive golf-cart, appropriate vehicles as requested.

Supervisory Responsibility

 

This position acts as a Lead.

 

Work Environment

 

This job operates in a professional office environment, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.

 

Physical Demands

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds. 

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

 

This is a part-time position. Days and hours vary per location. Evening work and Weekend work is required. 

 

Travel

 

Local travel to various sites is required.

 

Required Education and Experience

 

  1. High school graduate or GED.

  2. One (1) year working experience with janitorial equipment.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

 

  1. One (1) year working experience as a Lead.

 

Licenses/Work Authorization/Security Clearance

 

  1. Drug screen.

  2. WSC background check.

  3. Various vendor background checks.

  4. Valid Driver’s License with certificate of insurability (corporate auto policy).
