Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Work Load Administrator. The Work Load Administrator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring daily workloads across teams and projects to ensure timely completion of tasks and optimal resource utilization. Responsibilities include maintaining work schedules, updating task assignments in relevant systems, tracking progress against deadlines, and identifying bottlenecks or capacity constraints. The role involves coordinating with team leaders and project managers, preparing regular workload and performance reports, and recommending adjustments to priorities or staffing to meet service commitments. The Work Load Administrator will also support process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold internal standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong workload planning and scheduling skills, including task prioritization and resource allocation.
- Proficiency with productivity, project management, or resource management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, ticketing systems, scheduling software).
- Solid analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and present clear workload and performance summaries.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks and timelines.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Previous experience in workload administration, operations coordination, or resource planning is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with laboratory, scientific, or technical service environments is an advantage.
