telecaller acts as the direct link between a business and its customers, making outbound calls to potential leads or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services and generate sales. Key responsibilities include hitting sales targets, handling customer queries, updating CRM databases, and building strong customer relationships.

Inbound Support: Answering incoming calls, addressing customer queries, and providing solutions. Customer Relationship: Following up with potential clients and maintaining professional communication to build rapport. Data Management: Updating customer details in the database or CRM software. Target Achievement: Ensuring monthly/daily targets for calls, leads, and sales are met. Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or in a similar customer service role. Education: High school diploma, or a Bachelor's degree (preferred). Interpersonal Skills: Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
