Job Title: SEO Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to execute end-to-end SEO strategies for dental and multi-location clients. The role requires strong expertise in Technical SEO, Local SEO, and performance optimization, with the ability to independently manage multiple accounts and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for services such as Invisalign, Dental Implants, Emergency Dentistry, and multi-location practices
- Create structured SEO roadmaps aligned with client objectives
- Ensure timely execution of all deliverables as per defined processes and timelines
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for seamless implementation
2. Technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive website audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Serpstat
- Identify and resolve issues related to Core Web Vitals, indexing, schema, canonicalization, and site structure
- Improve crawl efficiency and internal linking architecture
- Manage Google Search Console issues, sitemap submissions, and index coverage
- Coordinate with developers for implementation across WordPress, Elementor, Webflow.
3. On-Page SEO
- Create and optimize high-converting service pages (e.g., Invisalign, Implants, Veneers)
- Perform keyword mapping and implement E-E-A-T best practices
- Optimize meta tags, headers, schema, images, and page structure
- Develop content briefs and ensure final outputs meet SEO standards
4. Local SEO / Google Business Profile (GBP)
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for multiple locations
- Improve visibility and rankings in the Local Pack (3-Pack)
- Execute regular updates including posts, services, products, and descriptions
- Maintain NAP consistency and manage citations and reviews
- Utilize tools like BrightLocal, Yext, and Whitespark (preferred)
5. Off-Page SEO / Link Building
- Execute link-building strategies such as guest posting and niche edits
- Build local authority through citations, geo-targeted pages, and FAQs
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Serpstat
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend actionable improvements
- Work with Looker Studio dashboards (preferred)
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (Agency + Local SEO required)
- Strong expertise in Technical, Local, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
- Proficiency in tools: GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, RankMath, Yoast, Surfer SEO
- Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms: WordPress, Elementor, Webflow
- Experience handling U.S.-based clients (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of schema markup and structured data
Nice to Have
- Experience in dental or healthcare SEO
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles
- Exposure to automation tools or AI-driven SEO workflows
