Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Care Representative. Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Effective communication skills, including active listening and concise verbal and written communication
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a professional and organized manner
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage
