Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. The role involves guiding and supporting children in their academic and skill development activities, following the institution’s teaching methodologies and program structure. Daily responsibilities may include conducting engaging learning sessions, monitoring student progress, preparing learning materials, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom or activity environment. The role also requires collaborating with colleagues and communicating with parents or guardians as needed to ensure each child’s continued growth and well-being.
Qualifications
- Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities for children aged 5 to 16 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach to education and skill development.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, student records, and learning resources effectively.
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or child development programs is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is advantageous.
- Comfort working in an on-site, structured educational environment in Dehradun.
