Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati. The role involves daily tasks such as managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, executing in-store promotions, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized retail environment. Employees will work collaboratively to meet organizational goals while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
- Inventory Management and Attention to Detail skills
- Experience in Promotions, Sales Techniques, and Product Knowledge
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) Systems
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and team-oriented attitude
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous
