Senior Analyst – WFM Reporting
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – Workforce Management (WFM) Reporting to join our operations team in Pune. The role involves end-to-end ownership of forecasting, capacity planning, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with operations leadership to optimize staffing, enhance productivity, and ensure service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage accurate volume forecasts and staffing models.
• Drive both short-term and long-term capacity planning initiatives.
• Create and deliver insightful WFM dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze trends, seasonality, and demand drivers to support planning.
• Ensure SLA adherence through effective workforce strategies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in workforce efficiency.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 4+ years of WFM experience in an international BPO environment.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end forecasting.
• Strong expertise in capacity planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in US shifts and from office.
