WordPress Web Developer – Aesthetic / Skin & Hair Clinic Website
Job Description
We are looking for a creative and technically sound WordPress Web Developer with 1–2 years of experience to develop, manage, and maintain websites for our skin, hair, and aesthetic clinic chain.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WordPress website development, website maintenance, landing page creation, speed optimization, plugin handling, and updating treatment/service pages. Experience in healthcare, clinic, aesthetic, cosmetic, or skin & hair industry websites will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain WordPress websites for our skin, hair, and aesthetic clinic brand
- Create new pages, landing pages, treatment pages, blog pages, and city/location-specific service pages
- Update website content, banners, forms, images, videos, offers, doctor profiles, and treatment information as required
- Ensure smooth website performance, mobile responsiveness, and user-friendly design across all devices
- Handle regular website maintenance, bug fixing, and troubleshooting
- Work on WordPress themes, plugins, page builders, and backend settings
- Build and maintain SEO-friendly website structures, URLs, internal linking, meta integration, image optimization, and schema support
- Coordinate with the SEO team for implementation of on-page SEO recommendations
- Upload and format blogs, clinic pages, before-after sections, FAQs, and treatment-related content
- Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, loading performance, and overall user experience
- Integrate and manage lead forms, WhatsApp buttons, call buttons, enquiry forms, popups, and tracking scripts
- Ensure proper functioning of contact forms, appointment forms, CRM integrations, pixel integrations, and analytics codes
- Maintain website security, backups, plugin updates, and regular health checks
- Support developers/designers/marketing team in executing website improvements and campaign landing pages
- Assist in creating high-converting pages for ad campaigns and local branch promotion
- Ensure consistency in branding, layout, design quality, and premium visual presentation across all pages
- Monitor website issues and resolve technical errors on priority
- Work on website enhancements for better conversion, lead generation, and patient engagement
Desired Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in WordPress development
- Good knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and page builders such as Elementor
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and website customization
- Experience in website maintenance, bug fixing, responsiveness, and speed optimization
- Good understanding of SEO-friendly web development
- Familiarity with plugin management, backups, website migration, and security practices
- Ability to upload and structure content professionally
- Understanding of lead form integration, WhatsApp integration, and landing page development
- Experience in handling multiple service pages and dynamic content updates
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel, and tracking code implementation will be an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in developing or maintaining clinic, healthcare, skin, hair, aesthetic, dental, cosmetic, wellness, or hospital websites will be preferred
- Should understand how a clinic website works from both branding and lead generation perspective
- Candidate should be detail-oriented, fast in execution, and capable of handling regular updates efficiently
- Should be able to maintain premium and professional website quality suitable for aesthetic clinic branding
