We’re Hiring: WordPress Web Developer 

📍 Catchline Agency (Theories Consulting) | Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative + performance-driven WordPress Developer who can build fast, responsive, and high-converting websites. If you understand both design aesthetics and marketing goals, this role is for you.

Work Details

• Experience: 2+ Years (WordPress)
• Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on experience & skills)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites (custom + theme-based)
• Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional websites
• Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and performance
• Work closely with design & marketing teams for campaign landing pages
• Handle plugin integrations, bug fixes, and site updates
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Manage hosting, domain setups, and website security basics

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in WordPress development
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with Elementor / WPBakery / Gutenberg
• Understanding of SEO-friendly development practices
• Experience with website speed optimisation (Core Web Vitals)
• Basic knowledge of hosting, cPanel, DNS, and SSL
• Eye for design + attention to detail

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Knowledge of WooCommerce
• Familiarity with Figma / Adobe XD
• Understanding of conversion-focused landing pages
