Role Summary
We are looking for a WordPress Tech Lead who can architect, develop, and lead scalable WordPress solutions while mentoring developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead WordPress architecture, development, and best practices
- Develop custom themes and plugins
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of WordPress sites
- Review code and mentor junior developers
- Integrate WordPress with third-party services and APIs
- Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, and Marketing teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of WordPress development experience
- Strong PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
- Experience with custom plugin and theme development
- Knowledge of WordPress security and performance optimization
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with headless WordPress
- WooCommerce expertise
