Role Description The WordPress Shopify Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur. This role involves building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress and Shopify websites, including themes, templates, and plugins. The developer will implement responsive, user-friendly designs, optimize site performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers and content teams, integrating third-party tools and APIs, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining clean, well-documented code. The role also includes updating existing sites, improving user experience, and supporting ongoing enhancements aligned with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, such as working with server-side languages, databases, and API integrations.
- Candidates should possess Web Design and UX/UI skills to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development experience, including building and maintaining WordPress and Shopify sites.
- Practical experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization, and Shopify theme development (Liquid) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and basic SEO best practices is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively on-site in Jabalpur.
- A relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
